Who We Serve: The H.O.P.E. TEAM was
founded in order to help people in need, people who are intent on
helping themselves from all different backgrounds, including;
ex-military, ex-offenders, and those who are struggling with all types of substance
abuse and family issues. |

Purpose:
The H.O.P.E. TEAM, through a collaborative effort, addresses the needs of individuals and their families within
our community by delivering a full scope of information on community
services that are offered free of charge or at low cost. To create a
positive environment for those who are experiencing transitional
changes; empowering them to maximize their greatest potential of
achieving permanent stability. |

Our Mission:
The H.O.P.E. TEAM constantly seeks to improve the human condition of those in need
through networking; further enhancing the efficacy of service providers
in our community, delivering HOPE to those in need. |
